todaes training was pretty good ehhs?
but PT like too short time leiis..
but ii think for drills and campcraft, it went pretty well lahhs.

anyways.
NCOs,when one person is giving instructions.
everyone must be serious ok.
funn can be funn.
high can be high.
but serious when serious.

campcraft competition is comin up.

which means more training will be comin up too.

&& of cuz anything include sec 1 to sec 3...
From happy, serious business to crazy postings...

Starting with this friday training for sec 2.
On friday, the NCOs are having extra training for them
becuz they ask us to,
&& they really need to have extra training seriously...
Ok, now we are trying to help sec 2...
In order to save the unit.
We always wanna help, no matter wat.
We put in our utmost effort to train sec 2.
This is OUR responsibility...

Next, how many times must i say??!!
Dun argue with each other!
We have been together for almost full 3 years...
You should understand already...
Get the right mind set in your head...
Even if there's a bit unhappiness, it's OK!
We are as ONE, the sixers...
NOBODY should use your higher rank,
to press down your OWN squad members,
you noe who you are,
you said the wrong thing,ok??

&& very important!
Only try to get people OUT of quarrel,
NOT say something like "ya lah, you ............."
Sayin thing helpin into the quarrel.

Anything, sort it out in a NICE way, ok??

there will be training this friday,10th aug 2007.
be in school by 7.30am.
report in long sleeve NCO tee, track pants and shorts for girls and guys respectively.
and ice moutain 1.5waterbottle is required,
so is your note bk and pen.
for those hu have paid agnes $0.60 pls take it from the np room, for those hu haven, pls pay her before euu collect.
